RC SHOW 2022 set to Revive The Industry

Restaurants Canada welcomed back the industry with an in-person, new, and improved hybrid event. This year the broadcast quality stage programming was available for live viewing on a state-of-the-art technology platform to extend its reach virtually to a global audience.

RC Show 2022 supported the industry’s REVIVAL with business solutions for restaurants, hotels, and foodservice establishments that continue to evolve and reimagine their operations.

RC Show 2022 returned to Toronto’s Enercare Centre on May 9-11, 2022, combining the best of in-person and virtual. Along with a dynamic in-person trade show, top-quality seminars, workshops, competitions, and events, Restaurants Canada also offered their broadcast-quality programming virtually. Visitors were able to research and shop from all exhibitors with the launch of RC’s new digital 365 Marketplace, connecting the industry all year.

Peru had the opportunity to exhibit its incredible products, its flagship drink, as well as its culinary trends, and innovations through the event. The Embassy of Peru in Canada had on this occasion the presence of the renowned master distiller and Pisco specialist, Johnny Schuler, and chef Adolfo Perret.
