Last few months have been far from business as usual for all of us. The pandemic completely changed the face of the much awaited 2020, a year that was being seen as the reference point for business planning across industries, worldwide. As a first step towards resuming our normal operations, I am pleased to present to you the PCCC PULSE - a monthly round-up of updates that matter to us as an integral part of the PCCC Community.

Since 2010, Cocoa producers, manufacturers, entrepreneurs and exporters organizations have come together to position their products in national and international markets. This year the Peruvian Association of Cocoa Producers (Appcacao) will organize the virtual version designed to face the crisis generated by Covid-19. It starts July 1st. 200 exhibiting brands will have their virtual stands with information in digital catalogs as well as payments online.

Peru's Foreign Affairs Minister Gustavo Meza-Cuadra participated in a conversation with counterparts from Canada, Australia, Indonesia, Morocco, the Republic of Korea, and Singapore in order to assess the situation of the COVID-19 pandemic in their countries and on a global scale.
Held on June 09, the meeting allowed the exchange of experiences on issues such as reopening of economies and multilateral cooperation to ensure that everyone has access to a potential coronavirus vaccine, which is being developed by laboratories around the world. Read More
