A small modification to “Article IV: General Meetings” of the Bylaws was necessary and the new version was presented and approved at the 2023 Annual General Meeting, coming into force on February 22, 2024.

Second edition of the Guide to Investing in Infrastructure Projects in Peru 2022/2023, created by EY Peru together with the collaboration of data and information from ProInversion and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
