The Magic Of Peruvian Flavours – May 11

Peruvian Gastronomy is a cultural expression that brings together roots, tradition, historical legacy, social inclusion, pride, and identity.

On May 11 at 11:30 am visit the CULINARY STAGE, at the RC Show to hear from Peruvian Cuisine Ambassador: Adolfo Perret. Through his presentation, Mr. Perret will show us the tradition and techniques of the Peruvian cuisine, displaying an array of products that are part of our culinary diversity and that are traded in different markets, including the Canadian market, like the well-known Peruvian Superfoods, with impressive nutritional benefits promoting physical and mental well-being.

Mr. Perret will use quinoa, asparagus, scallops, and Pisco, our national liquor.
