Great Investment Opportunities in Peru
PROINVERSION Peru has called for a public tender to award five critical projects. Mr. Rafael Ugaz Vallenas, Executive Director, Private Investment Promotion Agency, PROINVERSION will discuss the following projects:
- The Ancon Industrial Park Project, implemented in three phases over a period of 16 years. The estimated investment amount is USD 750 million (without VAT).
- Two Hospitals of increasing complexity in Piura and Chimbote. The projects include the design, financing, construction, operation, and maintenance; also consider the provision of complementary (non-medical) services. Investment of approximately USD 280 million (excluding VAT).
- Two new Transmission Line projects through Self-financed PPP modality. The projects will be awarded to the bidder that offers the lowest Total Service Cost for a concession period of 30 years. The estimated investment amount is USD 38 million.
