NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2021 Annual General Meeting of the Peruvian Canadian Chamber of Commerce will be held virtually on Thursday, December 9, 2021, from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. for the following purposes:

2021 AGENDA

	9:00 am	Call to Order and Opening Remarks
	9:05 am	Annual Report
	9:15 am	Financial Report
	9:25 am	Appointment and election of Board of Directors
	9:40 am	PCCC By-Laws for Federal Corporation
	9:50 am	Address duly submitted Membership questions
	10:00 am	Adjournment

Please note:

1. All PCCC Members and guests must submit their intention of attending the AGM by registering online by 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 8, 2021. Contact us at agm2021@perucanadacc.ca if you need the form to be resent to you.
2. Only Lead, Corporate, Small Business, or Individual members can participate as a Voting members.
3. Each Voting member is in title to have only (1) vote per ballot at each General Meeting.
4. Voting members are eligible to register their intent to attend the AGM virtually OR, they may appoint their vote to a proxy holder. Click here to download the Proxy Form.
5. The proxy will be invalid unless it has been signed and dated by the eligible appointing member.
6. Voting members may register their appointed proxy by sending the completed form received in PDF format to agm2021@perucanadacc.ca no later than 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 8, 2021.
7. In terms of motions and questions from “voting members of record”, all requests must be submitted to agm2021@perucanadacc.ca no later than 7 days in advance of the Annual General Meeting or by 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 2, 2021.
