Dear friends of the Peruvian Canadian Chamber of Commerce, based in Toronto, as we are about to conclude the year 2020 and the celebrations of Christmas and New Year are getting closer, I am pleased to convey warm greetings and my best wishes for peace, well-being, health and prosperity for the coming year 2021, one of special significance for Peruvians as we celebrate the Bicentennial of our Independence.

The year 2020 has been a challenge due to the global sanitary crisis, which involved multiple economic and social challenges, especially in the field of health. Even though the best efforts are being implemented to overcome the current Pandemic crisis, I would like to encourage the Peruvian-Canadian business community to continue to look into the future with optimism and renew our commitment to strengthen economic, trade, and investment ties between Peru and Canada.

The Embassy under my charge will continue, without pause, committed to working and contributing to the strengthening of bilateral relations between our countries.

I reiterate my best wishes for health and prosperity for the New Year 2021!
