Conference: Peru’s Mining Policy 2020-2021

On March 3rd, the Peruvian-Canadian Chamber of Commerce invited Mr. AUGUSTO CAUTI – Vice Minister of Mines PERU and Mr. HENRY LUNA – President of INGEMMET, to present the conference: PERU’S MINING POLICY 2020-2021.

Representatives of the mining sector, heard directly from these two high-level authorities, about government policies and regulations that make the Peruvian mining sector attractive to external capitals.

Among the guests were: Plateau Energy Metals, Canadian Pension Plan, Kuya Silver. RPA, Pwc, Eloro Resources, Rio2, IEDG, Goodram Capital, Franco-Nevada.

Mr. Cauti and Mr. Luna were part of the Peruvian delegation that visited Toronto to participate in PDAC 2020, the world’s premier Mineral Exploration & Mining convention.
